This GOES-8 animations shows thunderstorms over Texas that produced an F5
tornado which touched down in Jarrell, Texas killing 27 people. A grayscale
visible channel animation and a color 11 micron infrared animation are
labeled with UTC time, the tornado in Jarrell occurred around 3:40 pm CDT
or 20:40 UTC.
