  • Travel expenses for 1-2 people
  • Scheduled dates for presentations
  • An Auditorium - The darkest possible room, windows and skylights must be completely covered, one person must be available to turn off ALL lights
  • Largest possible screen (12X36 is desirable for an audience of 200+)
  • 2 15amp electrical circuits w/2 extension cords and 3 power strips to center of room
  • Location for 3 projectors, computer equipment, 2 people in the center of the room, a small table, 2 chairs, and a small desk lamp
  • Audio connections for laptop computer to stereo house sound system and for lapel microphone (to be supplied) to house sound system
  • A late model Mac PowerBook with 50MB of free space with a CD drive, Quicktime 4.0 Pro (second laptop is for 40MB QDesigns compressed classical background music)
  • An SGI monitor
  • Promotion of event
